Knee orthosis with plastic side supports

The orthosis is designed using a three-dimensional knitted fabric that provides greater elasticity while creating the necessary compression in each area. This new knitted fabric concept provides better adhesion to the skin and stability during movement without an additional reinforcement system. The orthosis has a viscoelastic ring-shaped cushion that controls the movements of the kneecap. Lateral stabilizers are built into both sides, which provide greater stability and the orthosis fits the leg better.

Indications:

• irritation (tendomyopathy, first-phase ligamentosis, mild arthrosis, post-traumatic and postoperative arthritis).
• Feeling of instability (patellar and/or mediolateral).

How to measure:

Perimeter A: Measure the circumference at the midsection, just 14cm above the knee joint.

Perimeter B: Measure the circumference 12cm below the knee joint.
