The dressing consists of soft, non-woven cellulose ethyl sulphonate cements coated with silver ions. The dressing turns into a clear, cool gel on contact with the wound exudate. This gel absorbs and blocks slough and provides the moist environment needed for wound healing, as well as promoting autolysis of necrotic tissue. The silver in the dressing kills a wide range of bacteria and reduces the risk of infection. The bandage’s perfect gel structure does not dissolve and can be easily removed in one piece, reducing pain and trauma when changing bandages.

I-Port Advance™ Injection Ports

The i-Port Advance™ is a subcutaneous injection port that combines an injection port with an injection device.

The i-Port Advance™ injection port is designed for diabetic patients who have multiple daily subcutaneous insulin injections.

The port can remain in place for up to 72 hours for repeated injections, avoiding the discomfort of repeated injections with a syringe or injector.

Port i-Port Advance™ can be used by both adults and children with diabetes, provided that the single dose of insulin is not less than 1.0 DV U100 insulin.

A reservoir is a single-use medical device designed to administer insulin into the subcutaneous tissue. The reservoir is filled with short-acting insulin analogue or short-acting insulin, connected to an infusion system and inserted into an insulin pump.

The reservoir consists of three components: the safety transition, the reservoir and the piston.
