Migraine hat

Instructions for use

• Put on a hat, covering your forehead, temples, top of your head, and eyes.
• Use for up to 20 minutes. If using again, take a 20-minute break.

Care instructions

Clean the hat with a damp cloth. Allow to dry completely at room temperature. Do not iron.

Additional suggestion +:

• For a stronger cooling effect, place the hat in the refrigerator for a few minutes before use.
• Do not use immediately after removing from the refrigerator – let it warm to a comfortable temperature.
