The Caya® diaphragm should be inserted into the vagina (like a tampon) before sexual intercourse. During and after sexual intercourse, the Caya® diaphragm prevents sperm from entering the uterus. After sexual intercourse, the Caya® diaphragm must remain in the vagina for at least 6 hours.
Cleaning with soap and water. Material – medically approved silicone. Economical – can be used for up to 2 years.
