The INSTI Ā® Hepatitis C Antibody Test (referred to as the INSTI HCV Test) is a single-use, rapid, in vitro qualitative immunoassay for the detection of antibodies to hepatitis C virus in human whole blood, capillary blood (from a fingertip), venous blood, serum, or plasma. The test is intended for use by trained personnel in healthcare settings, clinical laboratories, emergency departments, and physician offices as an in vitro diagnostic test.
