Rules of the lottery “Buy LinX CGM and win an Apple Watch SE3!”

Take care of your health and let technology work for you! Purchase LinX CGM from 2025. October 25, 2020 to January 8, 2026 and participate in the lottery where you can win an Apple Watch SE3 smartwatch or one of four LinX CGM sensors .

All purchases made during the specified period and meeting the criteria specified in these rules are eligible for the lottery.

5. Assortment of goods offered by the Organizer as part of the goods lottery

LinX CGM – continuous glucose monitoring (CGMM) system, the number of products is not limited.

6. Lottery procedures and conditions of participation

Any adult natural person who, during the lottery period:
1. Purchase the LinX CGM system in the RAL e-shop www.ral.lv or in person at Brīvības Street 85, 5th floor, Riga or on the website: www.diabetika.lv
2. When purchasing, please provide your name, surname, email and phone number to ensure communication in case of victory.

The organizer will register each LinX CGM system purchased as a lottery ticket.  

The more lottery tickets, the greater the chance of winning the main prize - an Apple Watch SE3 smartwatch, which can be connected to the LinX app or one of the four prizes - LinX CGM systems.

7. Lottery participant expenses related to participation in the lottery

There are no additional costs for the participant.

8. Procedure, place and date for determining lottery winners

The draw will be conducted on a random basis, ensuring objectivity.
The prize draw will take place on January 8, 2026, at the Organizer's premises in Riga, Brīvības Street 85, 5. floor

9. Procedure, place and date for announcing lottery winners

Winners will be notified on the day of the draw, January 8th, following the draw, using the email and phone number provided at the time of purchase. Information about the winners will also be posted on our website www.ral.lv on January 8th, 2026.

10. The procedure for applying for and receiving a prize, as well as the additional costs of receiving it, the deadline by which lottery participants can apply for and receive a prize.

Winners must come to claim their prize within 2 (two) business days at Brīvības Street 85, 5th floor in Riga, presenting an identity document. If the winner cannot come to claim the prize, the organizer reserves the right to conduct a repeat draw. There are no additional costs.
An award receipt (deed of acceptance) will be signed, confirming acceptance of the award.

11. All claims regarding the organization and/or conduct of the lottery must be submitted in writing.

In case of claims, objections must be sent to the lottery Organizer – SIA RAL to the e-mail info@ral.lv by January 15, 2026, with the indication “Buy LinX CGM and win Apple Watch SE3!” Fully outlining the objections and their justification, attaching documents or copies thereof to which the claim refers. The claim will be considered within 14 days of submission. The claimant will receive a written response.

12. Purpose of the lottery

The goal of the lottery is to raise awareness among the public, including people with diabetes, about the importance of health monitoring and the possibilities of modern technologies that help to recognize and control health indicators in a timely manner and generally provide the opportunity to live more freely.
Its goal is to encourage both patients and society at large to focus on a deeper understanding of health status, prevention, and the use of digital solutions that promote a healthier and safer lifestyle.

13. Processing of personal data

The organizer processes the participants' personal data (name, surname, e-mail, phone number) only for the purposes of organizing the lottery and determining the winners.
Basis for data processing: participant's consent to providing this information about themselves.
