Collagen is obtained from bovine dermis and consists of collagen types I, III and V. Thanks to its good moisture stability when wetted and its elasticity, Cutimed® Epiona® can be easily applied to the wound. Cutimed® Epiona® does not contain chemical cross-linking agents. Cutimed® Epiona® also stands out for its hemostatic properties. Cutimed® Epiona® promotes wound healing, is soft and easy to shape, and has good absorption capacity.
