Accurate, real-time glucose monitoring without the need for finger pricks.

LinX CGMS is an advanced continuous glucose monitoring solution designed for adults (18 years and older) with diabetes. The system consists of a sensor and a mobile app, providing continuous monitoring of glucose levels in the interstitial fluid and informing about trends, risks of hyperglycemia or hypoglycemia. It helps to adjust both short-term and long-term diabetes therapy.

Main features

  • Real-time glucose data – automatic data updates every minute without the need to scan the sensor.

  • Calibration is not mandatory – the sensor is factory calibrated, but manual calibration is also possible if necessary.

  • Duration of use – up to 15 days per sensor.

  • Sensor design – compact and discreet: 22 mm diameter, 4.2 mm thickness, weight only 2.2 g.

  • Low daily costs – optimized usage time and sensor operation ensure cost efficiency.

  • Shelf life – up to 16 months from the date of manufacture.

  • Waterproof design – sensor protection IP68; suitable for showering and swimming (1.5 meters deep, for more than 30 minutes).

  • Automatic alerts – the app notifies you of critical glucose levels, trends, and signal loss.

  • Clear mobile app – easy setup, glucose history, trends, calibration options, and the ability to share with your doctor.

Technical information

  • Operating temperature : 5–40 °C

  • Glucose measurement range : 2.0–25.0 mmol/L

  • Wireless connection : Bluetooth, frequency 2.4 GHz

  • Platform support : iOS (from version 14), Android (from version 10.0)

LinX CGMS is suitable for:

  • For persons with 1. and Type 2 diabetes

  • For patients requiring frequent or continuous glucose monitoring

  • For people who want to improve their daily glycemic control

Note : Sensor glucose readings may differ from fingerstick results, especially during rapid changes in glucose levels. Treatment decisions should be based on trends observed over time.

InsulinSaver – Insulin storage bag

36,90

InsulinSaver The Bag insulin storage bag with an innovative cooling function.

  • No need to charge. Store insulin at a safe temperature, without unnecessary cables or batteries.
  • No need to soak in cold water. Prevents moisture, mold and dirt. Keeps the inside of the bag dry and fresh.
  • No need to freeze. The bag maintains room temperature on its own.
  • Safe for travel and hot environments. The bag ensures the required storage temperature for insulin.

How does the bag work?

The bag works on its own – it does not need to be soaked in cold water, charged or put in the freezer. Thanks to special cooling technology, the bag maintains its internal temperature below 30°C – even in very hot climates. It is equipped with a cooling gel material that activates at temperatures above 25°C and, absorbing heat, changes from a solid state to a liquid state. When the temperature drops below 24°C, the bag cools down and the gel material inside changes back from a liquid to a solid state.

The InsulinSaver bag is compact, lightweight and durable, making it practical for travel and everyday use. With this bag, you no longer have to worry about charging, freezing or drying it after soaking in cold water – this bag is the next generation cooling solution for diabetics.

We recommend combining the bag with the InsulinSaver smart temperature sensor – you will get a self-sufficient, temperature-monitored cooling solution for your insulin.

Specification:

  • Cooling duration: at 35°C – the contents of the bag will be below 30°C for more than 8 hours.
  • Activation temperature: At 25°C the gel begins to absorb heat.
  • Maximum temperature protection up to 54°C.
  • Cool naturally below 24°C or by placing in the refrigerator (natural cooling depends on temperature, but takes approximately 5 hours).
  • 100% polyester.
  • Waterproof/washable. Hand wash only. Do not soak completely.
  • Size: 8cm x 8cm x 20cm
  • Reusable.
  • Capacity 5 insulin pens.
  • The gel embedded inside never comes into direct contact with anything placed in the bag.

InsulinSaver – temperature sensor

28,00

InsulinSaver’s smart temperature sensor alerts you when your insulin has been exposed to too high or too low temperatures. It’s small, very lightweight, and works without cables or apps, making it easy to take with you on your daily commute.

With the InsulinSaver smart insulin thermometer, you don’t have to worry about your insulin – if your insulin has been exposed to too much heat or cold, the red or blue light on the sensor will alert you!

Why use InsulinSaver?

Both at too low and too high temperatures, the insulin molecule is damaged. If insulin is frozen, the protein bonds in the insulin molecule are broken, making the insulin completely inactive. If insulin is exposed to too high temperatures, the molecule changes shape and gradually loses its stability and, as a result, its effectiveness. It is difficult to tell if insulin has been damaged by temperature just by looking at it. The clearest sign that insulin has been affected is an increase in blood sugar levels when the affected insulin is used. However, many different factors can cause high blood sugar levels. Therefore, it is useful to be able to rule out whether insulin has been damaged by temperature.

With the InsulinSaver smart insulin sensor, you will no longer have to worry about whether your insulin is stored at the appropriate temperature.

Instructions for use:

To turn InsulinSaver on or off, press and hold the ” START ” button for 8 seconds. When the sensor is on, the small green ” OK ” light flashes every 10 minutes as long as the temperature is between +2°C and +30°C.

  • If your insulin has been exposed to too much heat (above +30°C), the red ” HIGH ” light flashes every 3 seconds.
  • If your insulin has been exposed to too much cold (below +2°C), the blue ” LOW ” light flashes every 3 seconds.

InsulinSaver can be turned on and off as needed.

We recommend combining the sensor with the InsulinSaver insulin storage bag – you will get a self-sufficient, temperature-controlled cooling solution for your insulin.

Guaranteed battery life of 12 months.

The product has a 1-year warranty if the device is not damaged.

The sensor is moisture-resistant, but not waterproof!

Guardian Link 4 Transmitter Kit

500,00

Connects to the MiniMed 780G insulin pump.

Using continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) gives you a more complete picture of your glucose levels, which can help you make better treatment decisions and improve glucose control.

Advantages of CGM:

A glucose meter only provides a brief “snapshot” of your glucose levels at a single point in time. A CGM device provides a more comprehensive view of your glucose levels’ trends. A CGM gives you:

  • direction of glucose level changes
  • early notification of expected lows and highs
  • alerts for low or high levels during sleep or at any time
  • insight into how food, exercise, medications, and illnesses affect your diabetes

CGM can provide valuable information at crucial times of the day, including before and during exercise, before driving, before taking tests/exams, and in the middle of the night.

It is still necessary to check blood glucose levels with a fingerstick before adjusting therapy.

Continuous glucose monitoring

  • Glucose readings every five minutes directly on the pump

Complete picture

  • Tracks your glucose levels throughout the day, showing the effects of food, exercise and other activities.
  • Up-to-date information that makes it easier to spot trends and make adjustments

  • Receive timely notifications when your level is increased or decreased.
  • Adjustable volume for more convenient use

The set includes:

Guardian™ Link 4 transmitter 1 pc.

Guardian™ Link 4 charger with AAA battery 1 pc.

An insulin pump is a semi-automated device that continuously delivers short-acting insulin or its analogue to ensure physiological insulin absorption.

The insulin pump contains a reservoir filled with insulin, connected to an infusion system through which insulin is delivered into the subcutaneous tissue.

The 720G is a great alternative for insulin pump users who have previously used the Paradigm 715 or Paradigm 722 insulin pumps.

The MiniMed 720G insulin pump is also the choice of people who use a Dexcom or Libre system for glucose monitoring and an insulin pump for insulin administration.
